Amirah Fattom is the co-founder of Amika Development and Amika Consulting. Amirah supports the Home ownership initiative for underserved families in Oregon. 

Amirah also serves as a trusted community liaison, fostering partnerships with residents and civic leaders to ensure projects are reflective of community values and goals. Her work is grounded in a belief that real estate can—and should—create lasting, positive impact. Amirah has a Finance degree from Portland State University. 

Kadoh Swiatkowski is the co-founder of Amika Development and Amika Consulting. Kadoh also is part of the United Developer's Council.

Kadoh serves on the board for Oregon Realtist where she advocates on the importance of homeowenership within black and brown communities in Portland and promotes democracy in housing. 

Kadoh holds a Master degree in Global Finance, Trade and Economics from the University of Denver and a dual bachelor degree in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
