Welcome to Amika, a real estate development company built on a foundation of friendship, fresh ideas, and a commitment to community. Founded by two women investors and best friends, Amirah and Kadoh, our name is a tribute to the bond we share.

Amirah, of Palestinian descent, and Kadoh, with Cameroonian roots, came together with a shared vision: to change the development landscape for the better. We believe that real estate can be a force for positive change, and we're dedicated to bringing vibrant color and fresh perspectives to every project.

At Amika, we’re revolutionizing the standard development model. We offer a refreshing alternative to the traditional "buy, build, and keep profit" approach by allowing landowners to donate their land and become partners in our development projects.
